Transwind Infrastructures Limited has informed the Exchange regarding Re-Appointment of Mr Nishant Mathuraprasad Pandey as Executive Director of the company for a period of 3 (three) years, commencing from 5th February 2027 to 4th February 2030, subject to approval of the members of the Company.
