ALNA Trading and Exports Limited's 44th Annual General Meeting saw shareholders approve all four proposed resolutions.

This included adopting the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, and appointing Mr. Anwar Husain Chauhan as a Director.

Shareholders also regularized Mr. Jagannath Pandharinath Dange and Ms. Amita Sachin Karia as Non-Executive & Independent Directors for five-year terms.

Each resolution passed with 100% of the 135,634 votes polled in favour, demonstrating clear investor confidence in the company's strategic direction and board composition.
