Vardhman Special Steels (VSSL) has fixed August 28, 2026, as the Record Date.

This will determine shareholders eligible for the FY26 dividend, subject to approval at the upcoming AGM.

If declared, dividends will be paid electronically within a week post-AGM.

Share transfer books will be closed from August 29 to September 5, 2026, for the AGM.
