Eligible shareholders, those holding shares as of September 13, 2026, can participate.

The e-voting window will be active from September 16, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. until September 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.

To ensure a fair and transparent process, Mr. Alkesh Jalan, a Practicing Company Secretary, has been appointed as the Scrutinizer.
