BCC Fuba India Limited has been allotted 7% Optionally Convertible Debentures (OCDs) worth 5 Cr in its subsidiary, Iogems Technologies Private Limited, via a private placement.

These unsecured debentures, with a face value of INR 10 each, carry a 7% annual interest and have a 7-year tenure.

This investment provides financing to the subsidiary, potentially strengthening its operations.

Holders have the option to convert these OCDs into equity shares before maturity, with the conversion price determined by a valuation report.
