Mr. Amit Bansal resigned as Whole Time Director and CEO due to health issues, effective August 20, 2026. Concurrently, Mr. Manoj Kumar Jha was appointed as the new Additional Executive Director and CEO, also effective August 20, 2026, pending shareholder approval.

Mr. Jha brings over 25 years of experience in railway infrastructure, business development, and project management, infusing significant expertise into the company's executive leadership.
