The company's Board of Directors has addressed a key change in its secretarial audit function.

Following the unfortunate passing of their Secretarial Auditor, Late Mr. Ashok Patel, a casual vacancy arose.

To ensure continuous compliance and strong governance, the Board, guided by the Audit Committee, appointed M/s. G.S.

Bhide & Associates, represented by Mrs. Gayatri Vaibhav Phatak, as the new Secretarial Auditor.

This appointment is for a five-year term, from FY 2026-27 through FY 2030-31, pending shareholder approval.
