Samvardhana Motherson has incorporated MHSCL JVC Holding Ltd in Dubai, a 51% owned joint venture with Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.

This JV, with initial capital of USD 1 million, will offer logistics solutions for the automotive industry globally (excluding Japan).
