Dhoot Industrial Finance's members have approved the appointment of Ms. Priyanka Munjal Kothari as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a five-year term.

Ms. Kothari brings over a decade of experience in the manufacturing industry and has strategically managed a Cold Storage Business since 2014. Her expertise in operations, efficiency, compliance, and strategic leadership is set to enhance the company's board, contributing to its sustainable growth and governance.

She has no relation to other directors on the board.
