Niva Bupa Health Insurance's Issuer Rating is reaffirmed by ICRA at [ICRA]AAA (Stable) outlook.

ICRA has also assigned a rating of [ICRA]AA+(Stable) to the company's proposed Subordinated Debt (NCDs) amounting up to ₹500 Cr.

Both ratings carry a Stable outlook.
