Organic Recycling Systems Ltd. has approved the allotment of 51.99 lakh fully paid-up bonus equity shares.

This allotment is in a 1:2 ratio, meaning one new share for every two existing shares held by eligible shareholders.

Following this bonus issue, the company's paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs. 10.40 Cr to Rs. 15.60 Cr.

These new shares will be credited to shareholders' accounts, expanding the share base and aiming to boost liquidity.
