Quint Digital Limited announced a Rights Issue of up to 82.61 lakh Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at ₹100 each and 82.61 lakh detachable Warrants at ₹10 each.

The total issue aims to raise approximately ₹90.88 Cr.

Proceeds will fund debt repayment, including ₹40.50 Cr for an unsecured loan from a promoter group company and ₹18.00 Cr for a secured loan from 360 One Prime.

The remaining ₹30.86 Cr is for unidentified acquisitions and general corporate needs.
