ISL Consulting Limited has opened a special one-year window for shareholders to convert their old physical shares into demat form.

This initiative, running from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027, targets physical securities sold or purchased prior to April 1, 2019. Shareholders holding original physical certificates and executed transfer deeds are encouraged to submit them to the company’s Registrar and Transfer Agent.

Importantly, any shares transferred through this window will be deposited into a demat account and will face a one-year lock-in from the date of transfer registration, affecting their immediate tradability.
