BMW Industries has announced its 44th Annual General Meeting, to be held via video conference.

Shareholders can participate and vote electronically on various proposals, including the Board's proposed final dividend of ₹0.43 per share (43% on ₹1 face value) for FY2025-26. A record date will determine eligibility for this dividend.

Separately, a special window is open for physical share transfers of securities purchased before April 1, 2019. These transferred shares will be issued in demat form and will be subject to a one-year lock-in period.
