Jasch Industries held its 40th Annual General Meeting where shareholders approved key board changes.

Shri Rishit Garg was appointed as an Executive Director (whole time) for a three-year term, with his remuneration also approved.

Additionally, Shri Shyam Karan Garg and Shri Aakash Goel were appointed as Independent Directors, both for a term of five years.
