Bansal Roofing Products has announced its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually via Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.

Shareholders can access the meeting notice and the FY 2025-26 Annual Report online.

A record date has been set to identify shareholders eligible for the dividend for FY 2025-26 and to vote at the AGM.

The company will offer e-voting, allowing remote participation before the meeting and live voting during the virtual session.
