Elpro International's wholly-owned subsidiary, Elpro Realty Private Limited, has completed the acquisition of Quest Academy Limited for INR 186.12 Crore.

This cash transaction grants Elpro 100% ownership of Quest Academy, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary.

Quest Academy is a real estate firm, and this move expands Elpro's presence in the real estate sector.

Quest Academy reported a net worth of Rs. 2.90 Crore but had no revenue from operations for the last three financial years.
