Kanco Tea & Industries shareholders have approved the re-appointment of Ms. Shruti Swaika as an Independent Director for a second term.

This decision, initially approved by the Board, was finalized at the 43rd Annual General Meeting.

She will serve for five consecutive years, effective from 6th May, 2027, and will not be liable to retire by rotation.
