Viceroy Hotels announced a Rights Issue of 9.20 million shares at ₹115/share, totaling ₹105.83 Cr.

Funds will repay company and subsidiary loans (₹41.35 Cr & ₹38.90 Cr) and support general corporate needs.

Promoters will forgo their entitlement to meet public shareholding norms.

An ongoing ₹3.50 Cr litigation is being challenged.
