Shareholders adopted the financial statements and re-appointed Mrs. Priyanka Pradyumna Tiwari as Director and Mr. Himalay Panna Dassani as Managing Director, alongside appointing new statutory auditors.

The company will change its name to 'Quantum Greentech Limited', reflecting an expanded main object clause to undertake additional business activities.

The authorised share capital was increased from ₹25 Cr to ₹100 Cr, setting the stage for future growth.

Approvals were also granted for forming new entities, creating charges on assets for borrowings, and exceeding limits for investments, loans, and overall borrowings to support these strategic initiatives.
