Company Update

Aar Shyam India Investment Company announced that its Statutory Auditors, M/s. Garg Agrawal & Agrawal, have resigned due to other professional pre-occupations, effective 21st August 2026. The company's Board of Directors will now take the necessary steps to appoint a new Statutory Auditor to fill this casual vacancy.

The appointment of the new auditor will be intimated to the stock exchange in due course.
