Lesha Industries has announced the appointment of M/s. Khimani & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors.

The Board, acting on the Audit Committee's proposal, approved their appointment for a five-year term.

This term will commence from the conclusion of the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting until the 39th AGM in 2031, subject to shareholder approval.

This change signifies an update to the company's financial oversight.
