Outcome of Board Meeting

SMVD Poly Pack's board approved the Director's Report for FY25-26 and set the AGM for Sep 28, 2026 (record date Sep 22). Shareholders will vote on re-appointing an Independent Director for 5 years and appointing new Statutory Auditors for 5 years.
