Katare Spinning Mills' Board has appointed M/s. Hiremath Patil Udgiri and Associates as new Statutory Auditors to fill a vacancy, pending shareholder approval for their continued five-year term.

The Board also approved adding new main objects to the company's charter.

This change will enable the company to diversify into Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and related energy storage solutions, including manufacturing, trading, and providing services.

This strategic move aims to expand business activities and facilitate future growth, subject to shareholder approval.
