Record Date

Pyramid Technoplast has fixed September 11, 2026, as the Record Date for its proposed final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share for FY 2025-26. Shareholders holding shares on this date will be eligible for the dividend, pending approval at the AGM on September 22, 2026. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or after October 3, 2026.
