Shree Ganesh Remedies Limited has announced its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 12 at 11:30 a.m. via Video Conference/Other Audio Visual Means.

The company dispatched the Annual Report for FY2025-26 and AGM Notice electronically, also available on its website and CDSL.

Shareholders can vote on all resolutions using a remote e-voting facility from September 9 (9 a.m.) to September 11 (5 p.m.). Voting will also be available during the virtual AGM for those not voting remotely.

The cut-off date to determine voting eligibility is September 5. This allows broad shareholder participation.
