Shareholders will transact business outlined in the AGM Notice, which has been electronically dispatched and is available on the company, BSE, and NSDL websites.

The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is Friday, September 4, 2026. Remote e-voting runs from September 8 (9 AM IST) to September 10 (5 PM IST). E-voting will also be available during the meeting.
