KKV Agro Powers approved the slump sale of its Cumbum retail jewellery division to promoter group entity, KTM Jewellery.

This 91.89 Cr turnover division will be sold for 1.11 Cr cash and the 'Ocean Sapphire' brand, aiming to streamline operations and focus on the new lightweight jewellery segment.
