The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Narendra Babu Gutta as an Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 34th Annual General Meeting.

Mr. Gutta brings valuable experience in management, administration, and human resources, including a 15-year tenure in the Indian Air Force.

His appointment is expected to bolster the board's operational diversity and strategic oversight.

The Board also finalized the AGM notice and appointed a scrutinizer for the e-voting process for the meeting scheduled for September 30.
