PRO CLB Global Limited has issued a corrigendum to its postal ballot notice, which concerns shareholder approval for the preferential issue of 64 lakh convertible warrants at Rs. 15 each.

The company has revised the e-voting schedule for this approval.

The new e-voting period will now run from August 24 to September 22, with results expected by September 24. All other details of the original postal ballot notice remain unchanged.
