Maitri Enterprises has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter.

The company appointed CA Bunty Rajkumar Talreja as Internal Auditor and M/s. Nisarg Sharma & Associates as Secretarial Auditor, following the resignation of M/s. SJV & Associates due to certificate expiry.

Ms. Rajshree Jain was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

The company clarified that a separate filing for the CS appointment was an oversight, as it was already disclosed in the board meeting outcome.

They are strengthening internal compliance processes.
