CLINITECH LABORATORY LIMITED has announced the book closure dates for its 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 24 at 11:30 A.M (IST) via video conferencing.

The company's share transfer books will remain closed from September 18 to September 24 (inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM.

Shareholders registered by September 17 will be eligible to participate.

E-voting will be available from September 21 at 09:00 A.M (IST) until September 23 at 05:00 P.M (IST).
