Senthil Infotek Limited's Board of Directors has approved a significant reconstitution, driven by the company's recent takeover.

Four new Additional Directors were appointed: Mr. Gogineni Srinivas, Mr. Molugu Sripal Reddy (as an Independent Director for five years), Mr. Sunkara Srivatsava, and Mr. Kolli Murali Krishna.

Simultaneously, Mrs. Seetha Lakshmi Pitchandi resigned.

These board changes are a direct result of the takeover and mark a new operational phase for the company, reflecting a strategic shift in its leadership.
