Technojet Consultants' board, at its meeting on 7th August, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mr. Nitin Hariyantlal Datanwala as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term of five years, from 10th August, 2026 to 9th August, 2031. This decision, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's review, awaits shareholder approval.

Mr. Datanwala is a seasoned professional with over 50 years of experience in corporate finance, legal, and secretarial matters, ensuring continued experienced oversight.
