Insolation Energy's wholly-owned subsidiary, Insolation Green Energy Private Limited, secured a Letter of Award from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Co. Ltd. to develop nine solar power projects.

These projects, with a total capacity of 99 MW AC (128.7 MW DC), are expected to generate approximately INR 59.72 crore in annual revenue for 25 years at a tariff of ₹2.90 per unit.

The investment for these projects is around ₹425 crore.

This development is significant as it provides a long-term, stable revenue stream and expands the company's renewable energy portfolio.
