Industrial Finance Company Limited has informed the Exchange about change in Management by way of Special Resolution passed by the members in the AGM held on 21st August, 2026 for Re-appointment of Shri Sundrapandiyapuram Pichumani Kumar as Manager and Chief Financial Officer of the Company for a period of 2 (two) years commencing from 27th September, 2026.
