Blue Chip Tex Industries has announced its 41st Annual General Meeting via Video Conferencing to seek shareholder approvals.

Key items include adopting audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended 31st March, 2026, and re-appointing Mr. Rahul A. Khemani as a Director.

Shareholders will also vote on ratifying the Cost Auditors' remuneration of Rs. 40,000 for FY2026-27, and adopting new Memorandum and Articles of Association to align with current company law.

Additionally, the Board proposes appointing Mr. Saurabh S. Somani as an Independent Director for a five-year term.

The record date for voting is 15th September, 2026.
