Halder Venture Limited has informed shareholders that it has completed the dispatch of the Notice for its Annual General Meeting and the Annual Report for FY 2025-26. These documents were sent electronically to 2082 shareholders with registered email IDs.

For the remaining 566 shareholders without registered email addresses, letters containing a weblink to access the Annual Report were dispatched.

This ensures all stakeholders have access to crucial information ahead of the AGM.
