AVI Products (APIL) has announced book closure for its 37th Annual General Meeting.

The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed from Friday, 18th September to Thursday, 24th September (inclusive) to determine eligible shareholders.

Additionally, Thursday, 17th September has been set as the cut-off date for shareholders to cast their votes electronically for the upcoming AGM.

This ensures clarity for shareholder participation.
