The company's board has approved the notice for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for FY 2025-26, to be held via video conferencing.

Significant leadership changes include the appointment of Ms. Dolly Seth, Ms. Gurmeet Kaur, and Mr. Karan Kumar as new Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval.

These appointments follow the resignations of Ms. Sunita Devi, Mr. Ankur Verma, and Mr. Akash Rai from similar roles.

Consequently, the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees have been reconstituted, aiming to bolster corporate governance.
