Almondz Global Securities is demerging its Infrastructure Advisory Business into a new, separately listed entity, AGICL.

This move aims to unlock value, allowing each business focused growth and attracting specialized investors.

The advisory segment contributed ₹2.92 Cr (4.58%) to last year's total turnover.
