Kaiser Corporation's board has approved the merger of Emazing Deals Limited, an e-commerce solutions provider, into Kaiser Corporation.

This strategic move aims to diversify Kaiser's business beyond printing and engineering into the rapidly growing e-commerce sector, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.

The board also appointed professionals for the merger valuation and fairness opinion.

Additionally, the company set the schedule for its upcoming Annual General Meeting and appointed new Secretarial, Internal, and Statutory Auditors, strengthening its governance framework.
