Asian Warehousing's Board approved the Directors' Report for FY26 and scheduled its 14th Annual General Meeting for September 21. Key dates for the AGM include a voting cut-off of September 14 and e-voting from September 18-20. The Board re-appointed Mr. Bhavik Bhimjyani as Chairman and MD for three years, starting February 25, 2027, with a monthly remuneration of ₹0.05 Cr, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, annual remuneration up to ₹0.282 Cr for CFO Mr. Vishnu Singh for FY27 was approved, following committee review and pending member approval.
