Outcome of Board Meeting

Tirupati Forge's board approved the re-appointment of Hiteshkumar G. Thummar as Chairman & MD for five years from July 2027. The 14th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 25, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for this and other key items.
