Anupam Rasayan promoter Anand Sureshbhai Desai has pledged an additional 2,00,000 equity shares.

This action is to provide further security for the company's 160 Cr Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), addressing a shortfall in the existing security cover.

Following this transaction, Desai's total pledged shares amount to 71,75,780, representing 6.30% of the company's total share capital.
