Parmax Pharma has announced a significant shift in its ownership structure.

Following an Open Offer and a Share Purchase Agreement, a new group of individuals will be classified as Promoters and members of the Promoter Group.

The previous promoters, who sold 1,152,450 Equity Shares, representing 30.80% of the company's capital, will be reclassified to the public category.

This reclassification is contingent on the outgoing promoters meeting conditions such as not holding more than ten percent of voting rights, not exercising control, and not having board representation, ensuring a clear transition of influence.
