The AGM notice and Annual Report for the last financial year are available electronically on the company's website and stock exchange platforms.

Shareholders can utilize an e-voting facility, which will open for a few days before the meeting.

A cut-off date has been set for voting eligibility, and the share transfer books will be closed for a specific period to facilitate the AGM.
