IPSL's Board has proposed a final dividend for FY2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 23rd Annual General Meeting.

For investors to be eligible, the Record Date is set for Friday, September 11, 2026. The book closure will be from Saturday, September 12, 2026, to Friday, September 18, 2026. Approved dividends will be paid within the prescribed period post-AGM.

This represents a key return to shareholders for the financial year.
