Patel Integrated Logistics has set September 17, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for the final dividend for FY2025-26. Shareholders listed in the Register of Members/Beneficial Owners on this date will qualify for the dividend, if approved at the AGM on September 24, 2026. Book closure will be from September 18 to September 24, 2026.
