This signifies the company's release from the insolvency proceedings, with management control reverting.

The company will now focus on resuming its operations and management, completing the handover from the Resolution Professional.

Additionally, the Board resolved to prioritize reviewing and updating all pending statutory and corporate compliances to regularize company records in the interest of all stakeholders.
